Presentation: Applying holistic approach on future public transport cyber-security challenges
The vision of future public transportation is characterized by three dimensions: Sensing & Self-Awareness, Connectivity and Central command & Control.
Each dimension is to be reflected by a variety of highly advanced technologies, essential to enable the fulfilment of sophisticated tasks in a highly complex and alternating environment.
Yet, it is exactly that fundamental quality of holisticness that is needed to be secured most, since when it comes to Cyber threat – every component of the bigger picture has the potential of spreading the infection, thus endangering the entire system.
The speak aims to address that challenge, while offering some ‘out-of-the-box’ ideas and innovative approach.
