Presentation: Mobility as a Service – The mobility shop for greater Hannover
This “one stop mobility shop” for public transit and various multimodal services features a unique depth of service integration as it provides for the complete customer journey:
• General information about available mobility services
• Joint registration for all services (“single sign on”), self customizing of subscriptions
• Multimodal routing to compare different transport modes in terms of duration and costs
• Multimodal booking of mobility services
• Integrated billing
Currently, public transport (Light Rail, Busses, Trains), CarSharing, Bicyle (Routing) and Taxi are integrated into the mobility shop. Further modes and services are envisioned.
