Manchi Kalapati RAMSHEKAR
Biographical note
Mr. Ramsekhar has a deep and abiding engagement with the entire life cycle activities across the urban and infrastructure continuum. Before joining DIMTS, he was CEO of IPE Global, a multi-sector development consultancy, and prior to that CEO of CRISIL Risk and Infrastructure Solutions, a risk and policy advisory solutions provider to governments, regulators and private sector in infrastructure and financial services across Asia and Africa. Earlier he was Chief Strategy Officer of GVK PIL, an Indian infra major with interests in airports, power and transport. Previously he was a civil servant (IAS) and had long stints in Urban Development, Transport, Civil Aviation, Industries and Commercial Taxes intimately involved with policy design and implementation. A graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Ramsekhar pursued post-graduation in Infrastructure Planning and Development at Columbia University in the City of New York, and in Public and Economic Policy at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
