Terentii MESHCHERIAKOV

Biographical note
Terentii Meshcheriakov was born on August 10th, 1974 in Leningrad. He graduated from the Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University «LETI» in 1998. He received the second university degree at The North-Western Institute of Management of the Russian Federation Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. He also studied at Graduate School of Management, St. Petersburg University and HEC in Paris. Terentii defended a thesis for Ph.D. degree in 2005. Then he proceeded with Doctor of Economics in 2011. Since 2012 – He is associate professor of St. Petersburg University
