Anne-Marie LOMBARDI

Biographical note
Anne-Marie Lombardi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychosociology of Communication from the Université du Québec à Montréal. With more than 19 years of experience in her field, Ms. Lombardi has held various positions including Recruitment Manager at Charles River Laboratories and Head of Staffing and Workforce Planning at The Société de transport de Montréal. Since she started working at the STM in 2011, she is in charge of hiring the drivers and responsible for the Diversity Action Plan for the Staffing Division.

Presentation: A place for women’s talents!
For the past 25 years, the STM has put much effort into implementing various strategies to increase the number of women in its organization. Over the years, this diverse workforce undoubtedly helped position the STM as an employer of choice. Women represent a competent, professional and innovative labour pool, and their inclusion greatly benefits organizations. This workshop will enable us to exchange ideas about STM’s vision, as it transformed into best practices.
