Sharon LIU

Biographical note
Sharon Liu has 18 years of professional experience in town planning and real estate developments, focusing on large-scale mixed-use projects in Hong Kong, as well as major cities in China, Europe and Australia.  Her unique expertise is to master-plan developments integrated with railway stations and facilities, achieving commercial viability while overcoming technical challenges, with design excellence. Sharon has a MBA degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, HK; MA and BA degrees from the University of Nottingham, UK. She is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and Hong Kong Institute of Planners. She obtains qualification of planners in People’s Republic of China.
