John LEVIN

Biographical note
John Levin is Director of Strategic Initiatives for Metro Transit in Minneapolis-St. Paul. In this role, Mr. Levin oversees performance measurement, data analytics and research activities.  He has been with Metro Transit for 20 years and has worked previously on long range system planning, route planning, service analysis, scheduling and data collection for the agency’s 120 bus routes, two light rail lines and one commuter rail line.  Mr. Levin studied planning at the Humphrey School at the University of Minnesota and has a BA from Carleton College in Minnesota.
