Christian LACASSE

Biographical note
Christian Lacasse is Paratransit Planning Manager at the Société de Transport de Montréal (STM). He has over 15 years of experience in public transportation, including 7 years as a manager at the STM.

Mr. Lacasse has worked on planning, projects, and negotiations with the unions, and in his current role, he has overseen continuous improvement in business processes. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Université de Sherbrooke and a Master’s degree in Management and Business Development from Université Laval.

STM paratransit has been faced with a steady growth for several years in the customers travel requests. While two of the STM objectives are to improve his finances and customer experience, this growth represents a challenge.
