Biographical note
Claudia Kudlinski is a graduate of „Hochschule für Bildende Künste Kassel“, studied visual communications, including marketing strategies. She is chairman of WENN&ABER, agency for communications. Since 1996 she has been working for üstra, Hannover’s public transport utility to relaunch company’s corporate identity. She developed a consensually designed internal communications system: Build up openness and authenticity in Internal Communications. If staff is to assume responsibility, they must be actively included. She received the ‘Goldene Brücke’ German PR prize for achievements in corporate communications. She was project leader to provide service, bus and tram drivers with a contemporary uniform and develop their role as brand ambassadors. Their appearance makes them the most important ambassadors for the company.  She has been project leader to strengthen employer Branding  – involving the employees as brand ambassadors for üstra again. She just won the HR Excellences Awards 2015 for her achievements.

Finding the right employees is one of the biggest challenges public transportation company facing over the next few years.
