«What do we want bike sharing to be?» was the question the public was invited to discuss when a new system was going to be rolled out in Oslo, Norway the spring of 2016.
Based on the feedback and continuous user research, the new bike sharing program was developed as a digital platform with a focus on open data, integrations and combined mobility in mind.
The presentation will share what we learned from the first 2 million rides, the specific job the bikes are doing in public transport and where we see things are moving forward.
