Biographical note
Rafika HABRA obtained her diplomas of civil engineering from the Ecole Hassania of the Public works, the Civil engineer with Master’s degree of intelligent transport Systems form the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées Paris and the civil engineer geographer From Ecole Nationale des Sciences Géographiques Paris ((NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC INSTITUTE)) in 2001. She accumulated more than 16 years experience in technical and managerial urbain transport and Mobility. From 2001 till 2015, she occupied the functions of project manager, and director of subsidiary at EGIS company (France). On 2015, she was nominated as head of Transport for Maghreb Region at Ericsson (Sweden).from august 2016, she was nominated as General Manager of Bus City Motajadida, public company aimed to develop Mobiliy in the city of Marrakech. In parallel, Rafika HABRA, is a Trainer with the Moroccan ministry of interior and the World Bank within the framework of the program of strengthening of capacity of the decision-makers of the planning of public transports 2009- 2017.

Presentation of the urban mobility plan of the city of Marrakesh project to build four lines of BHNS (BRT) by using sustainable transport.
According to the COP 22, and the high orientation, Morocco is aimed to develop transport with less GES. The municipality and the Region of Marrakesh-safi are fully in this objective and want to develop transport system using green power. Electric buses are the first action done by the municipality. A private company was created by the Municipality and the Region to develop Mobility with sustainable transport by acquiring 10 electric buses and investing on bike sharing and electric motocycles.
