Guy PICARD

Biographical note
Guy Picard has been the General Manager of the Société de transport de Laval (STL) since January 1, 2012. He previously held the position of Director of the STL’s Administration and Corporate Planning Department. He has also worked in planning, marketing and major project management at the Société de transport de Montréal (STM) as well as having been a researcher at the Université de Montréal’s Centre de recherche sur les transports. Mr. Picard has a PhD in transport economics as well as solid experience and training in the field.
