Antonio GARCÍA PASTOR

Biographical note
PhD in Civil Engineering, Antonio has developed his professional career in the transport sector, both in public entities and organizations, and in private companies. In public sector, he worked in the planning department of Consorcio de Transportes de Madrid (Madrid Public Transport Authority), being the head of this department for 4 years.He has been technical and quality director in the operator group FCC-Connex (Veolia), working in several activities of control and monitoring of bus and tramway operations in Spain. He also linked with the headquarters of the French counterpart for knowledge management and coordination.
He also has been Associate in the international consulting company Steer Davies Gleave, being the head of the branch in Spain and Portugal, and working in several national and international assignments.
Currently he is the Director of Operations in Group Avanza, one of the most important public transport operators in Spain, coordinating operationally all the business units in Spain and Portugal. He also is a member of the Board of Directors and liaise with the headquarters of ADO (the holding company) in Mexico.
