Luc COUILLARD

Biographical note

Luc holds a bachelor’s degree in urban planning and a master’s degree in environment. He worked at the Agence métropolitaine de transport (AMT) before joining the city of Montreal in 2003. He has conducted various missions in Europe and Africa, as well as several conferences on transport and urban planning.
