Biographical note
As CEO of Keolis North America, Clément Michel leads operations throughout the US and Canada. With more than 15 years in passenger transportation and network operations, Mr. Michel has a track record of success in strategy development, business transformation, employee engagement and governance in both private and public sectors. Previously, he served as CEO of Yarra Trams in Melbourne, Australia, building an effective and efficient organization focused on safety, passengers and sustainability which resulted in increased employee engagement and customer satisfaction. Avid about connecting communities and making cities more sustainable, he is a passionate advocate for public transportation, sustainability, and social inclusion, and is committed to seeing Keolis deliver the highest standards in service performance for customers. Mr. Michel has a Master’s degree in engineering from the elite Ecole Centrale de Paris.
