Biographical note
Claire was an early employee at Academie du Service, is a member of the board, and is Managing Director and shareholder of Academie du Service Ltd, living in the UK. Her approach to service culture has made impacts at companies on both sides of the Channel and internationally. Pragmatic and enthusiastic, she enjoys improving companies’ bottom lines by positioning customers and employees at the center of business models. She speaks French and English fluently, is an alumni from College of Europe and holds an MBA from Sorbonne-Celsa.

As an observer and developer of service culture in multiple companies and countries since 2004, Claire will present examples and findings about the best way to drive change in organisations willing to improve their service excellence performance. Making the service mindset visible & tangible to customers and employees is the first challenge.
