Hanne Bertnes NORLI

Biographical note
Hanne Bertnes Norli is the Planning Director at Ruter As, the PTA in Oslo, Norway. She holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Trondheim, Norway and an MBA from the University of Toronto, Canada. Norli has broad experience in urban development and transportation planning, and has worked for Ruter for five years where her department has been responsible for the company’s strategic plan M2016, taking steps from PT to Mobility, as well as the Environmental Strategy for Ruter, including the programme for decarbonising public transport by 2020. Hanne Norli is also the Vice Chair of UITPs Transport and Urban Life Commission.
