André PORLIER

Biographical note
André Porlier works for STM since 2010. For three years, he was the assistant to the chairman of the Board and, as such, acquired in-depth knowledge of STM’s issues. In July 2013, he took over responsibility for sustainable development. His experience in that field is wide-ranging: from 2000 to 2010, he was project manager, then general manager of Montreal’s Regional Environmental Council. André was among the founders of the Climate Change Challenge and a major actor in the development and implementation of the Strategic Plan for Sustainable Development for the Agglomeration of Montréal.
