Biographical note
Eric Chareyron is Prospective Director since 2015. Prior to this, from 2006 to 2014, he served as Keolis Marketing Director. Before 2005 he had different operational functions in French subsidiaries and tender marketing advisor.

Presentation: Digital for all?
The presentation will look at the Digital uses observatory results. This was a large survey of 2,800 people (from 15 to 85 years old, living in big or small cities). The presentation will look at the key points of the methodology, six families of digital uses and the points of improvements (from illiterate people to @passengers).
