Presentation: Easily Upgrade to a Next-Generation Transit Payment System
Closed-loop systems for payment transactions in buses and trains have been the standard for decades. Next-generation transit payment systems are 100% contactless and cover both, closed-loop and open-loop applications.
With cVEND from FEIG a contactless payment terminal for integration in validators, on-board computers and ticket gates is available, which prepares transport system operators for the future. Due to PCI PTS 4.0 certification, customers earn the highest level of device security and investment security by a maximum period of use.
cVEND offers latest encryption features like remote key loading and allows parallel and independent operation of closed-loop and open-loop applications of even different providers. Multi-Application resource sharing improves transaction speed of up to 20% and crypto plugins allow easy and fast implementation of E2EE.
