Stefan ROLFES

Biographical note
Prof. Dr. Stephan Rolfes was born in 1956 and lives in Osnabrück / Germany. He earned a doctorate as an attorney. Since 1995 Prof. Dr. Stephan Rolfes is the general manager of the VLO (Verkehrsgesellschaft Landkreis Osnabrück GmbH). In the year 2000 he became director of the board transport and harbour Stadtwerke Osnabrück AG and the general manager of PlaNOS (Planungsgesellschaft Nahverkehr Osnabrück). In the same year Mr. Rolfes became the chairman of the company general meeting VOS (Verkehrsgemeinschaft Osnabrück).Then in 2003 he wasnominated by the university of applied sciences Osnabrück for an honorary professor. From 2005 to 2016 Dr. Rolfes as well worked as first deputy chairman for the German Association for transport of the national committee of Lower Saxony.
